CodeBlue Education Policy

Emergency Cancellation: CodeBlue Education reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime due to low enrollment, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. All enrolled students will be immediately notified of such an occurrence. If a student's class is cancelled, the student will receive priority enrollment in the next available class, and be given the option to reschedule without a fee or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling: A student may reschedule if they cannot attend their selected class date and time. A $10 rescheduling fee applies if one reschedules within 72 hours of their selected class date. Please notify CodeBlue Education at info@codeblueedu.com with rescheduling request and explanation as soon as possible. 

Cancellation: Please notify CodeBlue Education at info@codeblueedu.com with cancellation request and explanation as soon as possible. Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to selected class date. No refunds shall be issued if cancellation is less than 72 hours from scheduled class or in case of no-show. For blended learning classes, online courses and keycodes assigned to a student are non-refundable and non-transferrable

No-Show: If a student has registered for a class and does not show and has not rescheduled, they are considered a no-show and therefore forfeit the full paid registration cost. No-show students may reschedule for a later class date, however a $10.00 rescheduling fee applies. Special exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis due to emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances.

Attendance: It is recommended that students arrive at least 5 minutes before the listed start time of their class. Students are expected to arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive their course certification. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late for their class may be denied entry. 

Retaking a Class: If a student does not successfully pass any portion of the class including the skills testing, written exam, or online portion, the student will be allowed to retake the class free of charge. A student may only retake a class once free charge. If a student fails a portion of the class a second time, they must pay the registration cost again before retaking the class a third time.
