Blended learning courses are an option for students who wish to take majority of their class online and then complete a short skills session afterwards in-person. The cost of this course includes the online portion through the AHA website and the in-person skills session. There is no textbook required. Students receive the same certification card as a traditional fully in-person class.
What is Blended Learning?
Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by an in-person hands-on skills session. It combines the flexibility of online training with skills practice and testing for CPR and other psychomotor skills.
